Terms & Conditions

• The Summer Pack is available for purchase from June 22 to July 5, 2026, only.

• The Summer Pack includes four (4) admissions for $99 plus applicable taxes.

• Summer Packs redeemed outside the province of original purchase may be subject to additional taxes based on local tax requirements. Any applicable tax difference will be collected at the time of redemption.

• The Summer Pack admissions are redeemable from July 6 to September 4, 2026.

• The Summer Pack is valid for use only in the country of the location of purchase or selected during checkout and cannot be redeemed or used in any other country. Any unused admissions remaining after September 4, 2026, will expire and have no cash value. 

• Valid for 60-minute or 75-minute admissions, subject to the offerings and availability at the participating location.

• Valid at all Canadian Activate locations.

• Cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, coupons, offers, or membership benefits.

• The Summer Pack is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.

• All admissions are subject to standard booking requirements, capacity restrictions, facility rules, and waiver requirements.

• Activate reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time due to fraud, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
